1. Introduction

Welcome to the Huskeys Web Platform. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Huskeys web application and API protection platform ("Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Services Description

Huskeys provides a Cloud Web Application and API Protection (WAAP) platform designed to transform static, fragmented, and chaotic WAAP into dynamic, tailored, centralized, and scalable defense. Our AI-powered engine unifies silos into a consolidated ecosystem, optimizing and defining full-cycle protection—from ingress to applications.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• Use the Platform to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, or use any material that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Platform
• Use the Platform in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Huskeys and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform.

6. Data Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://huskeys.io/policies/privacy. By using the Platform, you consent to all actions we take with respect to your information consistent with our Privacy Policy. To the extent that you require a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), please request one at privacy@huskeys.io.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Huskeys, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Platform, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Huskeys Web Platform Terms of Service 2 Platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Age Restrictions

The Platform is not intended for children under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may not use the Platform unless parental or guardian consent is provided.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Huskeys operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
